Leopard entered the colony, forest department alerted the villagers

Mahasamund. Last night three leopards were seen roaming in the colony of village Lakhanpur. The footage of the leopard has been captured in the CCTV camera. After which there is an atmosphere of panic in the village. Leopard has been seen near Krishna Kumar Patel’s house in Lakhanpur.

In the CCTV footage, the dog is seen running after a female leopard and two cubs coming from behind the leopard. The ranger of the Mahasamund forest range has confirmed the leopard roaming in the residential area. The possibility of their coming from Lakhanpur forest is being expressed. The forest department has advised the villagers to be vigilant at night.
