Liquor shops will remain closed the day after tomorrow

Korba. Collector and District Magistrate Saurabh Kumar has declared August 15 as a dry day on the occasion of Independence Day under the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. He has directed to keep all country-foreign liquor shops, FL-3, FL-3 (A), liquor stores and retail shops of Bhang Ghota completely closed in the district on the said date.

Keeping the transaction of liquor completely banned during the above period, instructions have been given to strictly follow the above order as well as to take strict action against illegal liquor transportation, sale and storage.
