Loan taken from multiple banks in the name of same property, two accused arrested
Raipur. Two accused have been arrested for duping lakhs of rupees by taking loans from different banks in the name of the same property. According to the police, Toshan Kumar Mandloi lodged a report at Gudhiyari police station that he was from Ch. He is posted as Branch Manager in Rajya Gramin Bank. Housing loan account no. Housing loan of Rs.40,00000/- was taken on 13.01.2021 by sanctioning Rs.55,00,000/- (Rupees fifty five lakh only) through 77077042644. The purpose of the housing loan was to buy a residential plot and construct a residential house in it. In the deed of sale, the plot of residential converted land whose portion of Khasra No. 49/8, whose area is 3000 (three thousand) square feet, Mauja Gudhiyari, P.H.No. 107/37, R.N.M. Raipur 01, which is in Municipal Corporation area Ward no. 08, Netaji Kanhaiyalal Ward is located in Raipur Tehsil and District Raipur (Chhattisgarh). After renaming in Form B-1, Mauja Gudhiyari P.H.N. 00049, R.N.M. Raipur 04 Gudhiyari, Tehsil and District Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Landlord Devendra Dewangan Khasra no. 49/9, Area 0.0279 Hectare (3000 Sq. Feet) After this again M.A. Naeem re-sold 3000 sq. ft. to Devendra Dewangan on 19.02.2021, out of Khasra No. 49/8, whose total rakba was 5146 sq. ft., as shown in the self-deed, through General Mukhtyar Abhishek Raut.
While according to the above record, only 2146 square feet of land was left and as per the information received, a housing loan of Rs. In this way, the buyer-seller has fraudulently obtained loan from the bank by executing the sale deed of the same property twice. During the investigation, it was also found that there is a difference between the security given in the case and the property given in the valuation report. The security provided in the case is Mauja Gudhiyari, whose Khasra No. 49/8 is part, while the property shown in the valuation report is Mauja Gondwara whose Khasra No. 652/15 and 652/14. It has been learned that the buyer and the seller and their associates have deliberately planned and fraudulently obtained the loan by showing other property to the bank and the appraiser. According to the information received from Mr. Nagendra Singh, Revenue Inspector of Mauja Gudhiyari, no such land is available as per Mauka Chauhaddi of Mouja Gudhiyari, whose Khasra No. 49/8 has been given as a part, from this information is received that the buyer and the seller and their associates executed the sale deed of the same property (which in reality does not exist) twice by planning c. Rs 40,00,000/- from Rajya Gramin Bank and Rs 31,20,000/- from Shriram Housing Finance Limited Raipur, a total of Rs 71,20,000/- has been defrauded. On which crime number 305/23 section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 Bhadvi was registered against the accused in police station Gudhiyari. Offense was registered.
On which, under the direction of senior officers and under the leadership of station in-charge Gudhiyari, the Gudhiyari police team started tracing the accused by interrogating the applicant in detail regarding the incident. The team members arrested the accused Mohd Abdul Naeem from Maudhapara Raipur and the accused Devendra Dewangan from Jagdalpur Bastar involved in the incident. Both the accused were arrested and documents related to the case were seized from their possession and action was taken against the accused. The other accused involved in the case are absconding, every possible effort is being made to trace them and arrest them.
