Locals Oppose Dumping Yard at Ambedkar Square

It is known that a protest camp is underway under the leadership of MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy against the dumping yard at Ambedkar Square in Huzurabad, Karimnagar district. Meanwhile, the locals are strongly opposing the establishment of the dumping yard.
A local person said that if a dumping yard comes to our Huzurabad area, we will get diseases and our crops will not grow. Speaking to the media on this matter, the person said, “If a dumping yard is set up, no one will give a child to our village, nor will they even marry our child. Because there are chances of children being born because of the smell of this dumping yard.”
Ours is an area where seeds are made. If a dumping yard comes, the seeds will not be seen. There is a jungle 40-50 kilometers away from the uninhabited areas of Parakala, Bhupalapally, Mulugu, and Medaram. We are requesting the government to keep it close. If we cultivate, every seed from Sirsapalli village will go to Andhra. The crop we cultivate will become seeds. They warned the government that if the dumping yard is not abolished, we will go all the way to Delhi and fight.
He said, “I don’t know either until you tell me.”
Another person said that the dumping yard in Huzurabad area will cause a halt to 20 villages in the vicinity. He said that even though he gave a petition to Ponnam Prabhakar, Bandi Sanjay, the collector and others, no one is paying attention. Revanth Reddy said that Ponnam Prabhakar, I will not even know until you tell me. He appealed to the people to stop the dumping yard after listening to the grievances of our people.
