Love couple commits suicide, dead bodies found in forest

Dantewada: A loving couple committed suicide in Geedam police station area. It is being said that their families were not approving of their relationship. Hence, both of them decided to die together and committed suicide. The villagers buried their dead bodies from a tree in the forest. Saw them hanging and informed the family members. The family members reached the spot and informed the police. After which both the bodies were removed from the noose and sent for postmortem.

An 18 year old boy from Javanga village was having an affair with a 17 year old girl from the same village. Both wanted to marry each other. The family members came to know about this. But the family members prohibited both of them from talking to each other and also asked them to concentrate properly on studies.

This attitude of the family was distasteful to the loving couple. Therefore both of them thought of dying together. For this, the loving couple went towards the forest on Friday evening and committed suicide. After which the villagers informed the family in the evening itself. After getting information from the family, the police reached the spot and removed the dead bodies from the noose tied to the tree and got the Panchnama done.
