Mahasamund. As per the instructions of Collector Vinay Kumar, continuous inspections are going on in the district with the aim of ensuring the quality of educational institutions. In this episode, today SDM Bagbahara Umesh Sahu visited various schools and hostels. During this, he thoroughly reviewed the attendance of teachers, condition of classes, facilities provided to the students and the quality of mid-day meals. Under the inspection, Primary School Mains Sukhri Dabri and Secondary School Sukhri Dabri were visited.
During this, he inquired about the school system, attendance of teachers and academic progress of the students. An attempt was also made to understand the problems and needs of the students by discussing with them. The SDM went to the classes and talked to the children and took stock of their study status. Also directed the teachers to make special efforts to improve the level of studies and provide quality education to the students.
During the inspection, SDM Sahu also checked the cleanliness, food arrangements, security and other basic facilities of the hostels. He discussed with the students living in the hostel and understood their problems and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials for their solution. After the inspection, the SDM instructed the teachers and the school administration to pay special attention to improving the quality of education and increasing the attendance of students. Apart from this, if any deficiency was found in any school or hostel, the concerned department was directed to improve it immediately.
