People will teach a lesson to BJP-AIADMK: Anbil Mahesh

Tamil Nadu: Minister and Trichy South District Secretary Anbil Mahesh falsely stated that the people of Tamil Nadu will teach the BJP and AIADMK a lesson in the upcoming elections.
Speaking at a meeting held on Thursday by the DMK for the Trichy East Legislative Assembly seat, titled “Tamil Nadu will not bow its head,” he added: “Instead of ruling with the next election in mind, the only person who rules with the next generation in mind is our Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin. He has highlighted humanity through the ‘Save Our Lives, Save Our People’ program.”
He was the first person to bestow government honors on a brain-dead person who donates their organs. Through the Upward Bound Scheme, students are sent to study abroad at a cost of ₹3.5 million per student.
Our Chief Minister is the reason that in the last four and a quarter years, 386 students have benefited from this scheme and have been able to work abroad. The Tamil Nadu government has spent ₹180 crore for this.
The central government, which claims that Tamil Nadu is leading in various fields, is not providing the necessary funds for education. It has withheld ₹3,548 crore of education funds for the last two years.
The Jal Jeevan Project has not received funding. The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister is developing the state without central government funding. If funds are provided, Tamil Nadu will progress even further.
But AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami, who is in alliance with the BJP government, is not concerned about this and is criticizing the Tamil Nadu government. The state has developed following the path of Ambedkar, Periyar, Anna, and Karunanidhi.
Therefore, the BJP can never come here. The people of Tamil Nadu will not allow the BJP to come. They will teach the BJP and AIADMK a lesson in the upcoming elections, the minister said. Trichy East constituency MLA Inigo Irudayaraj, DMK Press Relations Vice President Marudhu Azhugaraj, Corporation Regional Committee Chairman M. Mathivanan, Area Secretary R. Mohan and others spoke at the meeting.
