Make delicious ‘Potato Wedges’ with tea in the evening, know the easy recipe

If you like to eat snacks with tea in the evening snack but are bored of eating biscuits, pakodas or poha every time, then you should definitely try potato wedges once. You must have eaten potato wedges in the restaurant, but let us tell you that you can make it very easily at home and double the taste of tea. So let us know how you can make it at home in minutes and serve it with tea.
Ingredients to make Potato Veg
Potato – 4
Salt – 2 teaspoons
Flour – 4 tbsp
Cornflour – 4 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
salt as per taste
Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
Celery – 1 teaspoon
Ginger and garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
How to make potato wedges

  • First of all, take 4 new potatoes and cut them into 16 pieces in long boat cut shape. There is no need to peel the potatoes. Now put a pan on the gas and add about 1 liter of water in it and heat it. When the water becomes hot, add 1 teaspoon salt, potato pieces, boil for 5 minutes and take it out in a sieve. Potatoes should be half cooked.
    In a bowl, add 4 tbsp flour, 4 tbsp corn starch, 2 tbsp rice flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour and garlic paste and add some- Prepare it little by little. Make a nice batter by adding some water. Now when the potatoes become slightly warm, sprinkle 2 tablespoons cornflour on it and coat it well.
    Now put a pan on the gas and add oil for frying and heat it well. When the oil becomes hot, dip the potato pieces one by one in the solution and then put them in the oil and fry them well on medium flame. It will be fried and ready in 1 minute. Take it out in a plate. You can also double fry it to make it crispy.
    How to make Paneer Sauce
  • Place a pan on the gas and add 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 teaspoon oil and melt it well. Now when the butter melts, add 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic to it and fry for a few seconds. – Now add 1 tablespoon flour and fry. Now add half a cup of milk in it and reduce the flame while mixing. – After some time, add a piece of cheese to it and add salt and mix. When it thickens, turn off the gas and serve with potato wedges and tea.
