Make jackfruit rava fry at home
500 gm raw jackfruit
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dried mango powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3-4 tbsp gram flour
1 bowl rava
salt as per taste
oil for frying

Step 1
To make rava fry, we need such a jackfruit which does not have seeds yet, we have to take a small jackfruit or you can take breadfruit too.
Step 2
First of all apply oil to the hand knife and the utensil in which the cut jackfruit is to be kept so that the jackfruit milk does not get on the utensil and hands.
Step 3
Remove the peel and the hard part of the jackfruit by cutting it out. Now cut the jackfruit into thin slices and put these slices directly in the water.

Take out the jackfruit slices from the water and take them in a utensil. Put red chili powder, turmeric powder, dried mango powder, salt and gram flour on top of the jackfruit slices and keep it for 1/2 hour.
Step 5
In 1/2 hour, because of the salt, the jackfruit leaves water and gram flour is well applied to the jackfruit from all sides, thus a coating of spices and gram flour becomes over the slices of jackfruit.
Step 6
Take rava in a plate, dip the slices of jackfruit in the rava, so that a layer of rava slices are placed on top.
Step 7
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, deep fry the rawa coated jackfruit pieces.
Step 8
When the jackfruit pieces turn light brown, take them out of the pan and take them in a plate.

Jackfruit rava fry is ready
