Ingredients for Vanilla Sponge
Egg whites 540 ml
Egg yolk 200 grams
flour 300 grams
sugar 400 grams
vanilla essence
10 ml

  1. Beat the egg yolk and half the amount of sugar together
  2. Mix egg whites and remaining half sugar separately
  3. Mix both the mixtures in dry ingredients (flour).
  4. Now add vanilla essence to this mixture and mix gently.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes to 25 minutes
    Ingredients for Soaking Milk
    Cream 300ml
    condensed milk 150 ml
    Milk 300ml
    rose water 50ml
