To make Dahi Suji Sandwich you will need
Semolina- one cup
Curd – one cup
Bread slices- 5-6
Green coriander leaves – finely chopped
Ginger paste – one tablespoon
Green chilli – 2 finely chopped
Onion- 1 finely chopped
Salt – as per taste
oil for frying

How to make Dahi Suji Sandwich
Making curd semolina sandwich is very easy. It will take you only 15 to 20 minutes to make it. First of all, cut ginger and make its paste. Now chop green coriander, onion and green chilli finely. Put semolina and curd in a vessel. Now mix them well. Add chopped chilli, green coriander, ginger paste and mix. Leave it for some time. – Now add salt in it. – Cut the bread slice in half from the middle. You can also cut it in triangle shape. – Put oil in a pan or tawa on the gas stove and heat it well. Now dip one slice in the semolina curd mixture and place it on the pan. Turn and cook until golden brown on both sides. Continue frying all the slices in the same manner.
