Man arrested for luring and kidnapping minor
Bilaspur. Bilaspur. Superintendent of Police Bilaspur Rajnesh Singh has given instructions to take strict action in crimes related to women and children. The name of the accused is Suresh alias Roshan Yadav father Santosh Yadav age 22 years resident of village Matia Malhar. In the case of crime number 642/2022 section 363 IPC of police station Masturi, despite knowing that the abductee was a minor, the accused lured her and took her to Hyderabad and kept raping her physically, due to which the victim also gave birth to 01 girl who is currently 09 months old.
After taking due action in the case, section 366,376 IPC and 4,6 POCSO Act were added separately in the case. Accused Suresh alias Roshan Yadav father Santosh Yadav age 22 years resident of village Matia Malhar has been arrested on 26/07/2024 and sent on judicial remand. In the said action, outpost in-charge Malhar sub-inspector Bhavesh Shende, PR Niwas Tigga, R. Vikas Anchal, Women R. Tarini Verma made a significant contribution.
