Man arrested for poaching in reserve forest in Khammam

Khammam: Forest department officials on Monday arrested a person for illegal hunting of wild animals in a reserve forest at Kacharam in Yerrupalem mandal of Khammam district.

According to District Forest Officer Siddharth Vikram Singh, the alleged poacher, Martha Srinu, 50, of Kakara village, was carrying two kilograms of sambar deer meat and some nets.
