Indore: Madhya Pradesh Police has revealed the double murder that took place in Indore. The police has arrested the son of the accused from Goa who murdered a retired bank employee in Sanyogita Ganj police station area of Indore. The accused had absconded after killing his father and sister on November 8. After the murder, he was sitting near the dead bodies of both of them for 48 hours.
The accused was continuously using his father’s ATM card. During the investigation of the double murder, the police arrested the accused from Goa on the basis of his bank ATM transactions. The police had contacted Goa Crime Branch and sent the photo of the accused. During investigation, the police found out that the accused Pulkit was 46 years old and was not married yet, hence he was angry with his father. The accused had returned to his home some time ago after returning from the de-addiction center.
According to ACP Tushar Singh, Sanyogitaganj police had received information on the evening of November 8 that a retired bank manager and his daughter were murdered in Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam apartment in Naulakha area. When police reached the spot, bodies of Kamal Kishore Dhamande (76), retired from SBI, and his daughter Rama Arora (53) were found lying in the closed flat. Neighbors told the police that the incident was carried out by the deceased’s son Pulkit. He was absconding after the incident.
The first location of the accused was found in Vadodara, Gujarat, where he had withdrawn some money from the ATM, but the accused was not using any mobile phone and he used to withdraw only 5 thousand and sometimes 7 thousand from the ATM, so that he could get the OTP. Didn’t need it. At present, to withdraw Rs 10,000 more, the bank sends an OTP to the registered mobile number of the person who has an ATM, but the accused was withdrawing less money, hence the police was not able to find his location. Indore police had reached Vadodara as soon as they got information about the transaction from the bank, but the accused had fled from there too, after which the police had now found the location of the accused in Goa.
The accused son Pulkit had returned from the de-addiction center some time ago. Neighbors said that his behavior was somewhat strange. He was suffering from some mental illness, due to which he did not talk much to anyone.
It is being told that after killing the father and sister, the accused had also reached the mother’s house located in Silicon City, but the mother did not open the door and she survived. After the murder, the accused had fled from Indore with his father’s ATM.
