Mass yoga practice was done at Raigarh Stadium

Group yoga practice started at 07 am in the Boir Dadar Stadium of Raigad under the chief hospitality of Rajya Sabha MP Devendra Pratap Singh. Various asanas and pranayama were practiced by yoga instructors in the program. Free health checkup camp and distribution of Ayurvedic decoction, Horticulture Department distributed plants
A free health checkup camp was organized by the Health Department here through the Yoga practice program. Where medicines were distributed along with BP, sugar tests. Ayurvedic decoction was distributed by the AYUSH department on this occasion for health benefits. To promote plantation in the monsoon, free Moringa and Bihi plants were distributed by the Horticulture Department to the city residents who came for yoga practice.
Children performed yoga postures
In the program, children of the Yoga Training Center run by the AYUSH Department performed various asanas. The children also performed difficult yoga postures in an enchanting manner. At the end of the program, all the children were honored by the guests.
