Meeting regarding preparations for Independence Day celebrations, instructions for timely editing of all responsibilities in a better way

A meeting was held in the District Collectorate meeting hall on Wednesday regarding the determination of necessary arrangements and programs for Independence Day celebrations on August 15. In the meeting, information was given about the programs of the main function to be organized at Shri Umaid State Stadium. Along with this, necessary guidelines were given to the appointed officers in charge of various arrangements related to the stadium ground.
Additional District Collector City (First) Mr. Madanlal Nehra, while giving comprehensive guidelines to the officers of all the institutions and departments regarding all the arrangements related to the Independence Day celebrations, directed them to execute all the works on time and with complete perfection.
Additional District Collector (Second) Mr. Rajendra Danga gave detailed information about the necessary arrangements related to Independence Day and directed the concerned in-charges to make the national festival more grand and grand by completing all the tasks of their respective responsibilities on time. Try to make it better. Mr. Danga also gave instructions for the programs and necessary arrangements related to the cultural evening to be held on the eve of Independence Day. In the same sequence, before the Independence Day, along with the illumination of the main intersections, gates and state buildings of the city, innovations regarding cultural programs were also discussed in detail.
In the meeting, all the points related to Independence Day were discussed department-wise, suggestions were taken from the concerned officers and necessary guidelines were given.
