Mineral transportation issue, demand to cancel the order issued

Raipur. A demand has been made to the Sai government to cancel the order issued for e-permit for transportation of minerals during the previous Congress government. In this regard, former Home Minister Nankiram Kanwar has submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai.

Former Home Minister Nankiram Kanwar has written in the memorandum that the Bhupesh government had issued an order to levy tax on coal, due to which ED is investigating the large-scale coal scam. SECL sells coal after completing all the processes through auction, on the basis of which delivery order is issued.

There is no provision for such an order in the Mining Rules and Regulations, therefore the order issued by the previous government should be immediately repealed. Traders and industrialists will get relief if the order is cancelled. With this, the confidence of troubled people towards BJP will increase.
