Minor murdered by stabbing, 4 accused arrested
New Delhi : A 17-year-old boy was stabbed to death by four people over an old enmity in South Delhi. According to the police, a PCR call was received at Ambedkar Nagar police station at 8 pm on Wednesday night. In which it is told that a boy has been stabbed by four-five people. On receiving the call, a police team reached the spot. The injured were taken to AIIMS hospital. A senior police officer said, “The police team reached AIIMS hospital where injured Piyush was undergoing treatment in the operation theatre. According to the MLC, the minor had six stab wounds on his body and the patient was not unfit to testify.”
After this the crime team inspected the incident site. Meanwhile, information about the death of the injured was received. During interrogation, it was revealed that four people named Bhupendra alias Buchi, Varun, Vinay and Tushar had attacked Piyush with a knife. All of them had prior enmity with him because the victim had slapped Bhupendra and Varun on the day of Diwali. The officer further said that all the accused are residents of Block E-2 of Madangir. During the investigation, CCTV footage was examined and all the accused were identified and arrested. Two knives used in the crime were recovered.
