Miscreants looted Rs 1.5 lakh from a woman

Ranchi: Miscreants stole Rs 1.5 lakh from a woman in Dumka Nagar police station area of Jharkhand. The incident took place near a petrol pump located on Gaushala Road, Dumka. On Saturday, a woman was walking on the road after withdrawing money from the bank, when criminals snatched a bag containing Rs 15 lakh from her hand and ran away.
The victim gave written information about this to the city police station. In the statement recorded to the police, she told that she was returning home in a car after withdrawing Rs 1.5 lakh from the SBI main branch. Meanwhile, when she came out and started paying the fare, two criminals riding a bicycle snatched the bag from her hand and ran away. The police have recorded the statement and started searching for the criminals.
