Mother lost her senses after seeing her son’s hanging body, he was alone at home

Barkheda: A villager died under suspicious circumstances. His body was found hanging from a rope in a tin shed lying in the verandah of his own house. On receiving information about this, Barkheda police reached the spot and started investigation. Awadhesh Kumar, 38, resident of village Patrasiya of Barkheda police station area, does farming. His father Tejram had already died.

Wife Ram, daughter and both children have been living at their maternal home in village Mudiya Dharaura of Nawabganj police station area of Bareilly district for about twenty days. Mother lives in Shivdei village with elder brother Rishipal alias Harish Kumar. Since Awadhesh was alone at home these days, his mother would often come during the day to deliver food or for other work. On Friday evening, Shivdei reached her son Avadhesh’s house. As soon as she entered the house, Awadhesh’s body was found hanging in a tin shed in the verandah. Seeing this, mother lost her senses.

Hearing the scream, the nearby villagers also gathered. Police were informed about this. Inspector Lakhpat Singh of Barkheda police station reached the spot with the police force and collected information. Prima facie, suspicion of suicide was raised but no one could tell anything about the reason behind it. The police also contacted nearby villagers and gathered information. There was a stir in the village due to the accident.
