Mouni Roy remembered her husband Sooraj
Mumbai : Actress Mouni Roy is all set to embark on a new journey with chef Ranveer Brar in the heart of the jungles of Coorg. She said that she is missing her husband Sooraj for leaving her at the last moment.
In the series ‘Star vs Food Survival’, both of them started trekking fearlessly while passing through the waterfalls.
During her journey, Mouni remembered leaving her husband Sooraj Nambiar at the last moment of the trek, as she had decided to take rest at her home.
The actress said that watching the new episode will be a big surprise for her husband, who will be proud of her.
Elaborating, Mouni said, “The one person who would be really proud of me today is my husband. I leave him behind when I go on a trek. Whenever we plan any sports or adventure activity, I tell him I’ll keep this adventure as a surprise for him and when he watches this episode, I think he’ll be really proud of me.”
Continuing the dangerous journey in the mountains, the actress compared her experience shooting for ‘Star Vs Food Survival’ with her role in Ranbir Kapoor-starrer ‘Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva’.
Mouni said, ‘During the shooting of the film, we wore harnesses and rehearsed a lot. It’s just one take.”
The actress revealed that her food preferences came as a surprise to many people on the set, adding, “I am an egitarian (someone who is primarily vegetarian but eats eggs) and everyone was surprised to know this. It is said that I do not eat fish or chicken.
Regarding cooking, Mouni said, “I did not know how to cook at all. My mother would often go to the kitchen and ask me where things were kept.
The final episode of ‘Star vs Food Survival’ is all set to air on October 30 at 9 PM on Discovery Plus.
