Mrunal to celebrate 31st birthday on the sets of Vijay Deverakonda starrer ‘VD13’
Mumbai (IANS). Popular actress Mrunal Thakur will celebrate her 31st birthday on the sets of her upcoming film with Vijay Deverakonda.
Unable to celebrate with friends and family, the actress will be celebrating her birthday with the cast and crew of Telugu film ‘VD13’. She is currently shooting in Hyderabad, shooting has started this week.
Mrunal said, “I usually keep my birthdays low key. Since we lead a very public life, it is important for me to spend some special day with friends and family. But, this time the celebration was amazing on the sets of ‘VD13’. Will be with the cast and crew members, with whom I have just started working.”
“We are currently shooting in Hyderabad and the place has become my second home after shooting here extensively for ‘Seetha Rammam’ and then for ‘Hi Nanna’ almost last year. The first schedule of the film I will definitely have a small celebration when I come home with my family after completing it.
Apart from this, she is also shooting for ‘Hi Nanna’, which also stars Telugu superstar Nani. Directed by Shouryuv, it is an emotional drama film that revolves around the father-daughter relationship.
Mrunal will be seen opposite Vijay Deverakonda in ‘VD13’. The project marks the reunion of Vijay and director Parasuram after Geetha Govindam, which was a huge hit.
Mrunal will also be seen in the period drama ‘Pippa’, also starring Ishaan Khatter, Priyanshu Painyuli and Soni Razdan, which will release soon.
Mrinal started her acting career with the TV serials ‘Mujhse Kuch Kehti…Yeh Khamoshiyan’ (2012) and ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ (2014-2016).
She made her Hindi film debut with ‘Love Sonia’ (2018) and gained recognition with the films ‘Super 30’ and ‘Batla House’. She shot into limelight with the Telugu romantic drama ‘Seetha Ramam’.
