Municipality’s bulldozer runs on illegal construction/encroachment

Durg. Durg. Major action was taken today by Nagar Palika Ahiwara to remove encroachment. The encroachment was removed by running bulldozers on houses and shops built by encroaching government land. It should be known that after notice by Nagar Palika Ahiwara, for not submitting unsatisfactory reply and valid documents and for encroaching the land of the municipality, action was taken to remove illegal construction/encroachment against Davendra Sen father Ghanshyam Sen living near Ward No. 07 Main Road, Omprakash Patel Biselal Raut father Samaru resident of Ward No. 08 and other (unknown) persons of Ward No. 06. Along with this, it was advised that due to illegal construction, the municipality suffers loss of revenue, so do not do illegal construction/illegal encroachment without permission.
