Murder accused Kuldeep Jaghina shot dead
Jaipur (IANS). Kuldeep Jaghina, accused of killing a BJP worker, was gunned down in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. It is being told that while going to the court by bus, armed miscreants carried out the incident. At the same time, other passengers on the bus are in shock over the incident.
The miscreants also injured Kuldeep’s companion Vijaypal traveling in the same bus. He has been hit by three bullets, but is out of danger. He is undergoing treatment at RBM Hospital in Bharatpur.
Police said that the four assailants who committed the murder have been arrested. On Wednesday, gangster Kuldeep Jaghina was killed by armed men when he was in police custody and was being taken to court in a bus for trial. The assailants fired 15 rounds in the bus and fled after killing.
Passengers in the bus are upset due to this incident. Passenger Manoj Kumar, who was present in the bus at the time of Wednesday’s attack, told that he had reached Jaipur from Gujarat and was going to Bharatpur, when around five people entered the bus and started firing. He said, as soon as I tried to see all this, I was hit by a bullet. Manoj is one of those who received injuries in the attack.
Police said that the condition of the injured people in the bus is now stable. There were about 55 passengers on the bus at the time of the attack.
Kuldeep Jaghina and Vijaypal were arrested along with three others from Maharashtra’s Kolhapur on September 11 last year while they were on the run to Goa after killing BJP leader Kripal Singh in Bharatpur on September 4.
