Murder by stabbing for refusing to return loan in Muzaffarnagar, three arrested
Muzaffarnagar (IANS). In Chitora village of Jansath police station area of Muzaffarnagar, UP, a person refused to give the borrowed money. Angered by this, the accused stabbed him to death.
CO Shakeel Ahmed said that at around 9 pm on Tuesday night, the police control room received information that a person named Ahmed Ali had murdered his 28-year-old cousin Mohd. Ali has been injured by being stabbed with a knife. The police took the injured to the district hospital for treatment, where the doctors declared him dead.
The officer said that a case was registered at Jansath police station and investigation was started. During investigation, the accused were identified as Asif, Ali Ahmed and Saeed, residents of Chitora, who were arrested.
Police said that the accused have accepted the crime. He told that everyone had attended a wedding ceremony on Tuesday night. There was a dispute between the two regarding money transactions.
Ahmed Ali told that he had lent 40 thousand rupees to the deceased Mohammad Ali some time ago. He was demanding return of the amount given as loan. But he was refusing to return the amount. When he misbehaved, he attacked her with a knife.
