My heart started beating fast the first time I saw Deepika Padukone: Dulquer Salmaan
Mumbai (IANS). Actor Dulquer Salmaan says that he is a big fan of Deepika Padukone. Seeing him for the first time in Dubai, my heart started beating fast.
During a chat session on Roposo, Dulquer had to give either a rose or a gun to a star in line with the upcoming release ‘Guns and Gulab’ on Netflix.
When asked what he would give to Deepika, he revealed, “A rose, because she is like a rose to me. I have been a huge fan of Deepika since ‘Om Shanti Om’. I remember when I was working in Dubai, she was coming there for the premiere of ‘Karthik Calling Karthik’ (2010).
“I somehow managed to get tickets for the premiere. I was standing at the edge of the red carpet, where I saw him in person for the first time. It was an (Om Shanti Om) moment for me!”
While he talked about his love for Deepika, he gave a rose to stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Allu Arjun, while, he gave a gun to Rajinikanth.
During the live show, he was also asked if he has ever had any crazy fan moments, to which he replied, “I love all my fans. I get tensed when young fans come on their bikes. chase me. It’s very scary and not safe for them.”
