Navi Mumbai: CREDAI Bainam Raigad Property Expo to commence from February 2-5
Navi Mumbai: Buoyed by the infrastructure boom in Raigad district, CREDAI BANM, Raigad unit, is all set to host the 7th edition of the real estate exhibition from February 2-5.
With realty development being boosted with game-changing projects like Mumbai Trans Harbor Link (MTHL), international airport and metro service, the event is aptly themed ‘Now or Never’.

Actress Bipasha Basu will inaugurate this exhibition to be organized in the grounds in front of Khandeshwar Railway Station. With a budget spectrum ranging from ₹25 lakh to ₹5 crore, the show will offer properties in prime locations like Panvel, Ulwe, Karanjade, Pushpak Nagar, Kamothe, Kalamboli, Roadpali and Taloja. The expo will feature a diverse range of exhibitors including real estate developers, industry experts and professionals.
100 exhibitors will showcase over 400 properties
“The exhibition will have over 100 exhibitors showcasing over 400 assets (financially) suitable for all sections of the society; Be it middle or upper income groups or people seeking affordable housing,” said Vignesh Patel, convener of CREDAI BANM Raigarh Property Expo. Navi Mumbai in general and Raigad district in particular is in the midst of improved connectivity and socio-economic development with the opening of MTHL. He underlined that this is the right time to buy property in the area.
Saying that infrastructure development helps boost the real estate sector, Chirag Shah, president-elect, CREDAI BANM Raigarh, said, “Last year, we sold more than 500 apartments during the exhibition. This year we expect the numbers to increase. We will also gift a car to those who book on-the-spot.”
