Naxal plan to blow up CRPF soldiers foiled, IED bombs worth 50 kilos recovered

Bijapur. Security personnel have got a big success in Bijapur district, the security forces on patrol have recovered two IED bombs of 25 kg each. The security forces have defused the bomb with caution. Due to the alertness and wisdom of the security forces, the soldiers have thwarted the nefarious plans of the Naxalites.

According to the information received, Naxalites often plant IED bombs with the aim of causing harm to the security forces. On Friday, Naxalites had planted two IEDs of 25 kg each by digging a pit on the Murdanda to Basaguda road. In order to cause harm to the security personnel, an IED bomb was planted by the Naxalites by digging a hole 5×5 feet long and 4 feet deep in the road. The bomb was defused by Keripu 168 Vahini and BDS team of Awapalli police station.
