NHRC team meets Lagacharla farmers in Sangareddy jail

Sangareddy: Representatives of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) visited the Central Jail in Sangareddy on Sunday to interact with 21 Lagacherla farmers who were jailed by the police.

Accompanied by Inspectors Rohit Singh and Yathi Prakash Varma, Deputy Registrar of Law Mukesh visited the jail. They will interact with the farmers and are later expected to address the media.

The NHRC team visited Lagacherla village on Saturday and interacted with the farmers there.
