Punjab: Milkfed chief Narinder Singh Shergill resigns

Punjab: AAP leader Narinder Singh Shergill has resigned as chairperson of the Punjab State Milk Producers Federation Limited (Milkfed).
The state government has accepted his resignation. An official order issued by the Cooperation Department stated that the Punjab Governor has accepted his resignation.
Shergill has been a member of the AAP since its early days in Punjab and was the AAP candidate from Mohali in the 2017 assembly elections and from the Anandpur Sahib parliamentary seat in 2019.
