Notification issued for second phase, scrutiny on 31st October, withdrawal of nominations till 2nd November
Mahasamund: Under the Assembly Elections 2023, the election notification for the four assembly constituencies of Mahasamund district was issued today and the process of nomination of candidates has started. Nomination papers can be received till 30th October and scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on 31st October whereas candidates will be able to withdraw their nominations on 02nd November.
Under the direction of Collector and District Election Officer Prabhat Malik, election related proceedings are being conducted in the four assembly constituencies of Mahasamund district under the Assembly Elections 2023. In this series, as per the guidelines of the Election Commission of India, election notification has been issued today for four assembly constituencies of the district. Whose public notice has been published in format one by pasting it on the office notice board of the Returning Office at 11:00 am. According to the issued notification, nomination papers can be received for the candidature for the assembly elections of assembly constituencies 39 Saraipali, 40 Basna, 41 Khallari and 42 Mahasamund till 30 October 2023 (except public holidays). The time for collecting nomination papers from the Returning Officer office will be from 11:00 am to 03:00 pm every day.
Under the Assembly Elections 2023, the process of nomination for the four assembly constituencies of the district has started today from October 21. For nomination, Returning Officer Sub-Divisional Officer Ankareshwar Singh has been appointed as Returning Officer for Assembly Number 39-Saraipali Room Number 14.
