Odisha to become a tourism hub, says Deputy CM Pravati Parida
Bhubaneswar: Odisha will become a tourism hub. The State will be the number 3 state in the country in terms of tourism by 2029. Currently, Odisha is at number 17 in Tourism. By 2025, it’s rank will increase to number 7 from 17, and by 2029, Odisha will be number 3, said Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida on Wednesday.
As per reports, Deputy CM Pravati Parida said that Odisha’s rank will reach to the All India 3rd position in Tourism by the year 2029.
Prime Minister Modi has said that Odisha’s best kept secret will be open. Investors who come to Odisha through the single window will be able to see different parts of Odisha. We will be successful in showing the richness of regions like Koraput and Kalahandi to the world. We are ready to welcome everyone with the culture of hospitality, she also said.
The core of a developed Odisha will be the Subhadra Yojana. 2025 will be the year of Subhadra (yojana). This year, beneficiaries will receive Subhadra money for three time, she also said.
We do not have any challenges. The government is ready to solve any problem that comes up. The problem of the people is the problem of the government. We have come to the government to find a way to solve all problems. Our government is not a promise, but a commitment.
The foundation of excellence in Odisha will be laid in 2025. The first month of the English New Year will be very eventful. We will show it not with words, but with deeds, the Deputy CM also said.
