On the death anniversary of Indian film actress Bob Christo, know her unheard stories

Robert John Christo (English: Robert John Christo; born- 1938, Sirka; died- March 20, 2011, Bangalore) was an Indian cinema villain actor and also an Australian-Indian civil engineer. For two decades, he acted as the main villain or his supporting role in about 200 Hindi films.
Robert John Christo was born in 1938 in Sirka. He was famous as Bob Christo in Hindi cinema. Bob was originally an engineer, but due to his good physique, he had received many modeling offers. People liked Bob Christo’s strong body and way of speaking dialogues in broken Hindi. After moving away from films, Bob Christo started living as a yoga instructor in Bangalore.

Bob Christo had come to India to meet Parveen Bobby but he got his break in Sanjay Khan’s film ‘Abdullah’ (1980). Bob Christo played the villain in this film. Bob Christo’s acting was highly praised. After this Bob decided to stay in India. Acted as the main villain or his supporting role in 200 Hindi films.
72-year-old Hindi film villain Bob Christo had a heart operation in Bengaluru, but even after the operation, there was no improvement in his health and he died on Monday, March 20, 2011.
