On the demand of villagers, gift of various development works was given.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma today participated in the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra Camp organized at Gram Panchayat Dharampura and Birkona of Kabirdham district and formally inaugurated it by lighting the lamp. On this occasion, he also made the villagers pledge to become a self-reliant and developed nation by 2047. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Sharma presented various development works on the demand of the villagers. He announced Rs 2 lakh for the boundary wall of Shishu Mandir building in village Dharampura, Rs 4 lakh for the community hall of Nat Samaj, Rs 2 lakh for wire fencing at the paddy procurement site, Rs 7 lakh for CC road. He participated in the baby shower of 2 pregnant mothers in village Dharampura and the Annaprashan program of 4 infants in village Birkona. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Sharma announced Rs 1 lakh for the repair of Anganwadi building in village Birkona, Rs 10 lakh for repairing the secondary school building and Rs 10 lakh for the construction of Jyoti Kalash.
He gave instructions for proposal for construction of Patwari building in Dharampura and arrangement of a teacher in primary school. Development Block Education Officer said that within two days a teacher will be arranged in Dharampura Primary School. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma explained in detail about the schemes run by the Central Government and the benefits people will get from the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra. He visited the stalls of the health department, health testing, Ayushman Bharat card manufacturing stall, medicine distribution stall, Ujjwala scheme stall, stalls of livestock, fisheries, horticulture, agriculture, revenue, education, women and child development departments and observed the implementation of central schemes. Took detailed information about the efforts being made by the department to meet the physical targets. During the inspection, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Sharma interacted with the patients who came for the treatment of sickle cell and seasonal diseases as well as the beneficiaries of Ayushman and Ujjwala schemes. On the demand to stop the dirty water of the village from going into the 26 acre pond of village Birkona and other necessary improvements, he assured to include this work in the upcoming budget and to clean the school grounds.
