One more accused got bail in liquor scam case
Bilaspur. The High Court has accepted the bail plea of one more accused in the liquor scam case. The court has granted interim bail to Nitesh Purohit, who has been made an accused in the case. Senior advocates Nityarama Krishnan and Mateen Siddiqui appeared for the accused Purohit.
The lawyers appealed to Judge Deepak Tiwari to grant bail to Purohit, citing Purohit’s illness and the Supreme Court’s order in the same case. While approving the bail, the court has ordered for the next hearing of the case after four weeks. At the same time, the bail of Anwar Dhebar was also extended for four weeks. Due to health reasons, the court had already granted bail to Dhebar.
