One who rob Rs 5 crore from Creta car arrested, mastermind caught with Rs 77 lakh cash
Jharkhand. Khirodhar Sao alias Gulab Sah, the mastermind of the robbery of Rs 5 crore from a Gujarat businessman in Jamua of Giridih district on June 21, has been arrested by the police from Kanyakumari. Rs 77 lakh has also been recovered from him. Six accused in this case were arrested two months ago and Rs 3 crore 24 lakh were recovered from them. Giridih SP Deepak Kumar gave this information in a press conference. The robbery incident took place on the night of June 21 near Bati turn of Jamua-Giridih main road. Gujarat resident Jagat Singh Jadeja and his associate Mayur Singh were going from Patna to Kolkata in a Creta SUV car with Rs 5 crore. Near Bati Mor under Jamua police station of Giridih, the criminals overtook and stopped the vehicle and looted the money.
It has been told that this amount belonged to DY Company of Patna, which Jagat Singh Jadeja and Mayur Singh had taken the responsibility of keeping in a special safe and sending it to Kolkata. The criminals had dropped off both of them from the Creta, which was later found parked near a Line hotel. The mastermind of the robbery, Khirodhar Sao alias Gulab Sah, was absconding. The police have also arrested one of his associates, Munna Ravidas. The police team was continuously conducting raids in many states regarding the arrest of Gulab.
