OYO Hotel again in news, came to meet girlfriend, then…

Faridabad: Once again a scandal happened in another OYO Hotel in NCR. A young man allegedly shot himself on Saturday afternoon in Oyo Hotel located in Mujesar, Faridabad. He has been admitted to a nearby private hospital in critical condition. He had come to Faridabad from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh to meet his girlfriend. Mujesar police station is investigating the incident.

According to the information, the young man has been identified as 28-year-old Shivam, a resident of Bareilly. He is unmarried and had come to Faridabad two days ago. At around 10 am on Saturday, he called his girlfriend to meet him at an Oyo Hotel located in Sector-22. It is being told that both of them sat there and had food. After this, suddenly Shivam took out a pistol and shot himself on the temple.

The sound of gunshot in the hotel created a stir there. Shivam’s girlfriend informed the police about this. On receiving the information, the Mujesar police station reached the spot and admitted Shivam in a private hospital, where his condition remains critical.
Police station in-charge Darpan Kumar says that the injured Shivam used to live in Faridabad about two years ago. During that time, he became friends with the woman. The woman who came to meet him at the hotel is married, while Shivam is unmarried. The police is investigating the matter.
