Painful death of mother and newborn in hospital

Janjgir Champa. The newborn and the mother died in the CSC hospital located in Kapan village of the district. It is being told that the woman Phool Bai, aged 21 years, has died. The newborn baby had died before the mother. The woman’s body has been handed over to her family members after post-mortem. The incident took place in Naila Chowki sub police station area. According to the information received, Phool Bai, a woman from village Kapan, was admitted to the CHC hospital at 7 pm on Saturday due to labor pain, after which the doctors waited till 11 pm for a normal delivery. When normal delivery did not take place, an operation was conducted at 12 o’clock in the night and the newborn baby was taken out.
