Paneer Bhurji has a special place among different vegetables, make lunch-dinner at any time.

Paneer is one of the most liked food items in our country. People’s mouths water at the mention of cheese. Vegetarian people prefer cheese. Paneer is eaten with great fondness in weddings and parties as well as in homes. You must have tasted many types of paneer dishes. Along with the different vegetables made from it, Paneer Bhurji also has a special demand. Its taste is quite delicious. This is such a food dish which can be prepared and eaten any time for lunch or dinner. This is a simple and tasty recipe which can be prepared in a short time. You can eat it with roti or paratha. This is every mother’s ideal recipe for children’s school tiffin. Material Paneer – 250 grams Onion – 1 Tomato – 1 Capsicum – 1 Garlic paste – 1 tsp Ginger chopped – 1 inch piece Red chilli powder – 1 tsp Turmeric – 1/2 tsp Asafoetida – 1 pinch Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp Pav bhaji masala – 1/2 tsp Green Coriander – 2 tbsp Oil – 1 tablespoon Salt – as per taste Method – First of all cut onion, tomato and green chilli into fine pieces. Also remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Now take cheese in a bowl, crumble it and keep it aside. – Now put 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and asafoetida and fry for a few seconds. When the cumin seeds start crackling, add finely chopped onion to the oil and fry while stirring until the color of the onion turns light pink. – After this add garlic paste to it, mix and fry. Then add finely chopped tomatoes and fry them until they become soft. – After this add finely chopped green chilli and ginger and mix. – After a few seconds, add all the spices including red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder and mix. Now fry the spices on low flame for at least 1 minute. After this, add finely chopped capsicum and cook the mixture until the vegetables become soft. After this, add crumbled paneer to it and mix it well with the spices with the help of a ladle. – After adding salt as per taste, cover the Paneer Bhurji and cook for 3-4 minutes. After this, turn off the gas and add green coriander leaves on top and mix. Serve Tasty Paneer Bhurji hot.
