Patwari created fake Khasra number, FIR registered on bank’s complaint
Bilaspur. On the complaint of Naib Tehsildar Shraddha Singh of Ganiyari sub-tehsil, Sakri police has registered a case against the Patwari, computer assistant and the loan taker for taking a loan of 20 lakhs from the bank by creating fake Khasra numbers.
The then Halka Patwari Rajkishore Sawaiya (resident of Ameri), computer assistant Satwant Singh Tandon (Themhapar, Masturi), and Heman Kumar Kewat (village Tanoud, district Janjgir-Champa) together prepared fake Khasra numbers 24/3, 128/4, 130/3, 130/4 and 279/3 in village Podi. These numbers were uploaded on the online Bhuiyan portal. Using the documents, a loan of Rs 20 lakh was taken from IDFC First Bank, Bhatapara branch, while investigation revealed that the land of these Khasra numbers does not exist on the spot. Later, the Patwari deleted these Khasras from the portal using his ID.
The fraud was revealed during the investigation of the case. On the complaint of the Naib Tehsildar, Sakri police have registered a case against Patwari Rajkishore Sawaiya, computer assistant Satwant Singh and Heman Kumar Kewat.
