Pithora. Hundreds of supporters gathered to welcome Raipur North Assembly MLA Purandar Mishra on his first visit to Pithora after his election. Seeing the enthusiasm of the workers in his old workplace, he expressed his gratitude to everyone. On the arrival of Raipur MLA Purandar Mishra to the city, all the people of Pithora area loaded him with flower garlands. On arrival at Pithora, first of all, in front of the agricultural produce market, the community members under the leadership of Sitaram Sinha and Pramila Puneet Sinha of Kalar Samaj congratulated Purandar Mishra by weighing quince. With attractive fireworks, the workers brought Purandar Mishra laden with flower garlands from the market to the local rest house along with flute and kirtan troupe. Thereafter, the present crowd and all the members of the society welcomed him with flower garlands and symbols. Addressing the crowded gathering, Purandar Mishra said that after being elected from Raipur North Assembly, for the first time, I have come to my birthplace and among my own people and am extremely overwhelmed by the warm welcome. This has been my workplace in Pithora Basna area for the last 30 years. I have always been involved in the pain and suffering of the people of the area and will always be ready to do all the work of the people and development of the area. I salute my birthplace of Pithora Basna and express my gratitude to all of you that with your support and blessings I reached the assembly. I am Raipur MLA, so what, no one ever forgets his family. Pithora, Basna area is my home, all the people here are my brothers and sisters and family members.
