Phagwara: One person arrested with pistol and magazine

Phagwara: Police arrested three criminals in two incidents last night and seized a weapon and a bike from them. Phagwara SP Rupinder Kaur Bhatti said that the police party arrested Prabhjot Singh of village Rampur (Phagwara) and seized two pistols, two cartridges, two magazines from him.
The accused was caught at a check point near village Lakhpur when he was coming in a car which was also seized. In another case, police arrested a father-son duo on charges of vehicle theft and recovered a stolen bike. The accused have been identified as Jatinder Kumar of village Dakoha and his father Sham Lal.
