Picture of Bhupesh Baghel’s resignation surfaced
Raipur : After losing the assembly elections, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel went to Raj Bhavan this evening and submitted his resignation to the Governor. Former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that hearty congratulations to BJP for its victory in Chhattisgarh. Congress Deputy Chief Minister T.S. Nine ministers of the state including Baba were defeated. According to the Election Commission, BJP has two-third majority in the state. According to the results so far, BJP has won 53 seats in the state while Congress has been able to win only 35 seats.
It is reported that Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has asked to meet at Raj Bhavan at 9.30 am. He tendered his resignation to the Governor. If we look at the election results, nine ministers of the state including the Deputy Chief Minister of Congress lost. Also Deputy Chief Minister T.S. Lost the election. Singhdev from Ambikapur, Ravindra Choubey from Saji, Mohammad Akbar from Kawardhi, Shivkumar Dahria from Arang, Mohan Markam from Kondagaon, Amarjeet Bhagat from Sitapur, Rudra Guru from Navagarh and Jai Singh Agarwal from Korba.
