Pitbull attack, 11 year old girl badly injured
Meerut: A surprising case has come to light from Meerut, UP. Where an 11 year old minor girl was seriously injured in an attack by a pitbull dog. The incident took place in Rajban Mohalla Cantt, located in Sadar Bazar police station area of Meerut.
The victim has been identified as Yashika, who was playing outside the house when the incident occurred. The girl fell on the ground during the dog attack. After this the dog bit him and seriously injured him.
Local people brought the injured girl to the primary health centre. The family members have complained to the police and demanded action against the owner of the pitbull.
Sadar Bazar police station in-charge Shanshak Dwivedi said that the father of the girl injured in the pit bull attack has filed a complaint. The case is being investigated. Information about the rules related to dog keeping is being obtained from the Cantt Board. Further action will be taken on that basis.
