PM Modi Urges Students: ‘Don’t Let Technology Enslave You
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that technology will change the way we work, and we should understand it and use it as per the need. He also advised not to let technology become your slave. The Prime Minister spoke to several students as part of the second edition of ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’.
On this occasion, he gave them valuable suggestions regarding career advancement. He answered the doubts raised by the students. To the question of which is more important, discipline or motivation?, he said that the two should not be compared. He said that no matter how much inspiration we get, if there is no discipline in practice, we cannot achieve good results. He said that punctuality, consistency, and self-discipline are what will transform our motivation into meaningful results.
To the question, “Are the fears that jobs will be lost due to AI true?”, he said that technology can improve our performance. He said that if it is used properly, students have nothing to fear from AI. He said that learning how to work with technology is very important. He said that nothing in life is easy.
When asked, “Tell me five travel destinations to the students..?”, he said that first we should focus on our own areas. He said that we should write a list of important places in our district, city, and state. Then we should choose where to go. He said that if we then learn about the uniqueness of the places near us, it will be very useful in the future.
To the question of how to become a good leader..? He said that we should never be afraid of our duties. He said that we should work with loyalty and commitment. He said that true leadership is to consistently do the right thing. He said that an important characteristic of leadership is being able to clearly convey your ideas to at least 10 people.
The Prime Minister advised that the brain should get enough sleep to function healthily. He said that students should enjoy life along with their studies. The Prime Minister said that it is very important to be confident and only then can one achieve the desired goals.
