PM’s Kerala visit: Drone ban in Coimbatore today and tomorrow

Tamil Nadu: In connection with Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Kerala, drone flying has been banned in specific areas of Coimbatore today and tomorrow (March 28 and 29).
Assembly elections are scheduled for April 9 in Kerala. Political parties there are campaigning vigorously. In this context, Prime Minister Modi will campaign in Palakkad and Thrissur areas of Kerala tomorrow (March 29). He will campaign in support of BJP candidates contesting the elections. In particular, he will campaign in support of Padmaja Venugopal, daughter of former Chief Minister K. Karunakaran, who is contesting on behalf of the BJP from the Thrissur constituency, and will also campaign on the streets.
In connection with this, Prime Minister Modi will arrive in Coimbatore tomorrow at 2 pm. From Coimbatore, he will travel to Palakkad in a separate helicopter.
Due to this, drone flying has been banned today and tomorrow in specific areas of Coimbatore like Neelampur, Chettipalayam, Ettimadai, Valayaru, Avinashi Road, Peelamedu, Kalapatti, Podanur and Eachanari.
