Police again caught 6 lakh 78 thousand cash in Raipur

Raipur. During checking, cash amounting to Rs 6 lakh 78 thousand has been seized. The vehicles were being checked by a joint team of Mandir Hassaud Police and Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit of Toll Naka Pass Police Station located under Mandir Hassaud area. Meanwhile, when a car was checked, it was found that cash was kept in the car.

When the team members interrogated the person in the car regarding the cash amount and demanded valid documents regarding transportation, he did not present any document regarding the cash amount. On which the team members seized cash amount of Rs. 6,78,580/- (Six Lakh Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Rupees) from the person’s possession at Police Station Mandir Hasaud and is sending it to the committee constituted by the Election Commission for further action.
