Police arrested the accused of stealing diesel from vehicles parked in the main road
Janjgir-Champa. The Baloda police of Janjgir-Champa have arrested the accused of stealing diesel from heavy vehicles parked on the main road and have sent all the accused to judicial remand. Seized the car and 700 liters of diesel used in the theft incident.
According to the information received from the police, Nitesh Yadav lodged a report in Baloda police station that he had reached near Birgahni village that due to bad road, Nitesh Yadav’s trailer vehicle stopped near Birgahni village and Nitesh Yadav left the vehicle due to fear. Then after some time Nitesh Yadav went near the trailer vehicle and saw that some unknown thief had stolen about 200 liters of diesel from the trailer vehicle.
On the report of Nitesh Yadav, the police have arrested the accused Alok Kumar, Dhaneshwar, Anish, Suraj, Amit Kumar, Jagendra Kumar by registering offenses against unknown thieves under sections 379 and 34 of the IPC. Police seized 700 liters of diesel and the car used in the theft incident from the possession of all the accused and sent all the accused to judicial remand.
