Police arrested the accused who abducted and raped a minor girl

Rajnandgaon. The police arrested the accused who raped a minor girl after luring her away and sent her to jail. According to the information received, the applicant filed a report on July 4 that on July 3, an unknown person had taken away her minor girl from the house by seducing her. On the report, the crime was registered under Section 363 Bhadas in the police station Chhuikhadan and taken into consideration. Police Sub-Divisional Officer Khairagarh Lalchand Mohle, being a sensitive case related to the minor girl, gave important instructions for investigation and directed to arrest the accused after recovering the minor girl soon.

In compliance of which the minor victim was recovered from Sunil Verma on July 11 on the information of the informer under the guidance of the senior officer. Thereafter the statement of the girl was made to the lady police officer. On confirmation of the rape of the girl child, adding sections 366A, 376, 376(2) (n) Bhadas Section 4A, 6 POCSO Act, the accused Sunil Verma (19) was arrested on July 12 after finding evidence of crime. Sent to jail in custody.
