According to the information, the minor told that he had gone to steal a birthday cake from a sweet shop. If the cake was not found there, he uprooted Rs 5,000 coins and the CCTV. SP Gaurav Rai disclosed the continuous theft of solar batteries in the district. In the case, the police have seized solar batteries worth a total of Rs 9 lakh 61,500 from the 10 arrested vicious thieves.
